    All sessions are professionally coached and scaled to your ability. You’ll never be pushed into anything unsafe. We focus on good technique, building strength gradually and keeping your body moving pain-free.

    I’m busy. Will I realistically keep this up?

    Yes, because the sessions are structured, time-efficient and booked into your week. Most women find that once it’s scheduled, consistency becomes much easier than trying to motivate yourself at home.

    I’m nervous and not very fit.
